Accra Delivery

Standard: Within 3-5 working days GHS 30 (orders under GHS 700.00)  

FREE (orders above GHS700.00) 

Next Working Day: Order by 19:00 | GHS 40

Nominated day: Excludes Saturday and Sunday deliveries | GHS 40

Your order will be dispatched to arrive on a pre-determined date set by yourself up to 7 days after the order is placed.

Nominated Day excludes Saturday deliveries.

Saturday/Sunday: Order by 18:00 Friday | GHS 40

Click & Collect: Order by 19:00 for collection by noon the Next Working Day (FREE service)

Your order will be available from 12 noon (Mon-Sat) on the collection date. As soon as your order is ready to collect you’ll be notified by email / SMS, and all you need to do to collect your order is have your order number or receipt.

If already paid for, orders are kept indefinitely so you can collect within shop opening hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 - 17:00). 

Split Deliveries: If your order contains items with different in-stock dates, you will be able to have your order sent out as two dispatches. Delivery charges as stated above apply.

Delivery outside Accra: Please contact our customer service team before placing an order, to arrange delivery outside Accra. 

Returns

If you have purchased an item within the last 3 days that is not completely suitable for you, please contact us immediately to receive details of how to make a return. You can contact us by phone or email on the below details, or via Livechat through our website.

Please follow the steps below:

You will need to return the item, unused, in the original packaging and suitable outer packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address shown below enclosing your order confirmation. Please note that Kira will not be liable for any damages incurred during transit.

You may book a collection of goods for your convenience at your own cost. A penalty of GHS 20 of total order will be charged if items are not ready for collection on the date arranged.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 3 working days of receipt.

 If a return is not requested within 3 days, we will charge 15% late returns charge and issue a partial refund. 

After 10 days returns will not be accepted.

You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment. 

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact our customer services team within three (3) days of delivery. Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or opened.
